Flute Lessons in Abergavenny, Wales
Lisa-Marie is the Flute tutor at Mayzmusik. 
Lisa-Marie started playing flute at the age of 10. She worked her way through the ABRSM Grades before moving onto Alto Sax for Grade 4. Whilst the majority of flute music is classical, there is also a large audience for jazz flute. One of Lisa-Marie's greatest influences as a flautist is Pat Crumley who is better known as Ronnie Scott's Saxophonist. His rendition of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" should be compulsory listening for flautists over the world!
Lessons
In the flute lessons students can choose to follow several programmes. The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) or London College of Music (LCM) Classical Syllabus' or the more recently launched ABRSM Jazz Flute Syllabus.
Although the Syllabuses can lead to recognised qualifications, the exams are not compulsory. Students are more than welcome to learn flute for pure pleasure.
